- Peep Your Pages
- Who: Sixth graders through adults
- Date: Entries due April 6 by 9:00 p.m.
- Registration: Register at the Reference Desk and get some Peeps to get you started.
Choose a favorite book and create a scene from it using Peeps as your character and anything your imagination can dream up for the rest. Prizes will be awarded for Best Overall, Most Humorous, and Most Creative. More information can be found here.
- Anime Club
- Who: Teens: Grades 7-12
- Date: April 6, May 4
- Time: 7:00-8:30 p.m.
- Where: Friends Room
- Info: Welles-Turner Memorial Library will host an Anime Club for teens who want to discuss (and watch) anime and manga.
- No registration required. If you are not yet thirteen, please bring a note signed by your parent/guardian giving you permission to watch movies rated 13+.
- Note: Attendees should arrive no earlier than 6:45 p.m. and are expected to abide by the Anime Club rules.
- Pageturners: Teen Book Discussion Group
- Who: Students in grades 7-12 who enjoy reading and talking about books
- When: March TBA
- Time: 3:30-5:00
- Where: Glastonbury Room
- What We're Reading: March: TBA
- Details: Each month, members choose a book to read and discuss at the following meeting. No vocabulary tests or discussions about underlying themes...we just dish about why we liked or didn't like it, what we thought about the characters, and so on.

- TAB (Teen Advisory Board)
- Who: Teens grades 7-12
- Date: March 15
- Time: 3:30-5:00 p.m.
- Where: Friends Room
- Info: The TAB meets monthly during the school year to discuss programs for teens and to help select materials for the Teen Room.

- Knit2Together

- Who: Sixth graders through adults
- Date: Third Tuesday of the month
- Time: 7:00-8:30 p.m.
- Where: Glastonbury Room
- Note: Registration NOT required
For knitters of all levels. If you don't know how to knit but want to learn, we'll show you how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off, and will also provide ideas for some easy projects. Knitters are also encouraged to informally share titles of books they've enjoyed reading.
